Confusing self-check-in process led to uncertainty about room access. WiFi barely worked in the room, and the low water pressure in the shower made for a frustrating experience. The absence of staff on-site created a disconcerting arrival experience, especially with only one key provided for couples.

What you’ll love and hate
The location is incredible,, surrounded by majestic mountains. I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub which had breathtaking views, making evenings delightful. Breakfast was a nice touch with decent options provided each morning.
The self-check-in process left a lot to be desired. I struggled with room access since no staff were available to offer guidance,, resulting in frustration. Plus, the noise from adjacent rooms was a constant disturbance.

The beautiful surroundings provided stunning views, especially during the northern lights. The common area was cozy with comfortable seating, and the breakfast included delicious homemade cakes. However, check-in was confusing and the staff's limited communication hindered the experience. Additionally, the hot tub was disappointingly cold, and there were no kitchen appliances available as promised, which was frustrating for preparing meals.
